BCA Tracker S Avalanche Beacon

The BCA Tracker S is a streamlined three-antenna avalanche transceiver developed for recreational backcountry travellers who value a clear, responsive interface. Its real-time digital display provides distance and direction information during a search, while a simple control layout is designed to remain easy to use under pressure.

Multiple-burial search tools

Signal Suppression mode temporarily suppresses the strongest signal so a searcher can move toward another transmitting beacon. Big Picture mode displays the signals detected within range to help assess a multiple-burial situation. The Tracker S also includes multiple-burial and close-proximity indicators.

Auto-revert and cold-weather display

The temperature-resistant LED display is designed for visibility in cold conditions. An optional auto-revert mode can return the unit to transmit after a period without button interaction. Unlike the Tracker 3+ and Tracker 4, the Tracker S does not use motion sensing for auto-revert and does not support upgradeable software.

Training is essential
