Petzl Adjama Harness

A comfortable, adjustable climbing harness for gear-intensive routes

The Petzl Adjama is designed for single-pitch, multi-pitch and traditional climbing. Its adjustable leg loops accommodate different body types and changes in seasonal clothing, while the tapered waistbelt and leg loops use smooth-seamed edges to provide comfortable support during climbing and while hanging.

Petzl’s FRAME Technology distributes weight across the harness, and the breathable interior fabric helps manage moisture. Five gear loops provide generous organization for carabiners, protection and belay-station equipment.

Comfort and adjustment

The waistbelt and leg loops have a tapered shape with smooth-seamed edges. DOUBLEBACK buckles allow the leg loops to be adjusted for fit and additional clothing.

Gear organization

Two large, rigid front gear loops make equipment easy to clip and remove. Two flexible rear loops angle equipment toward the front and remain comfortable under a backpack. A large central rear loop provides additional space for belay-station equipment or accessories.

A separate rear accessory loop can hold a chalk bag, shoes, quick link, tag line or similar equipment. The harness is also compatible with Petzl CARITOOL EVO holders for carrying ice screws.

Materials and responsible design

The exterior fabric on the waistbelt and leg loops is made from 100% recycled polyester. A protective storage pouch made from recycled polyester is included.
