Carry water securely without letting a full reservoir feel bulky inside your pack. The HydraPak Shape-Shift™ uses a lockable centre baffle to hold a slim, stable profile while you move. Unlock the baffle when you want the reservoir’s full volume or need to turn it inside out for thorough cleaning and drying.

Available in 2-litre and 3-litre sizes, it is a versatile hydration bladder for hiking, cycling, trekking and long days outdoors. The wide Slide-Seal™ opening makes refilling straightforward, while the drinking system is designed for steady flow and quick removal from your pack.

Choose the right size

Shape-Shift™ 2L

A balanced option for day hikes, mountain biking, commuting and packs with moderate reservoir space. Choose it when you want useful capacity without carrying the extra bulk of a larger bladder.

Shape-Shift™ 3L

Better suited to longer routes, warmer conditions and activities where water access is limited. The additional capacity also works well for trekking and extended outdoor days.

Cleaning and care

1. Empty the reservoir and separate the centre baffle.
2. Turn the reservoir inside out.
3. Wash it on the top rack of a dishwasher or rinse it with mild soap and warm water.
4. Allow every surface to dry completely before reconnecting the baffle and storing it.

For smooth operation, HydraPak recommends occasional use of food-grade silicone lubricant on the Shape-Shift™ baffle.
